1. Bookings and confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after your payment is completed and you receive a booking confirmation email. Please make sure the guest details you provide are accurate; the confirmation email and the stay are tied to them. If you book on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for the accuracy of their details.

2. Rates and payment

All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes and service charges as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment partner Xendit through the payment channel you select. A payment session that is not completed before it expires will release the reservation.

Room availability and prices are live and may change until payment is completed. If the price or availability of an item in your cart changes before checkout, the website will notify you before you pay.

3. Promotions and promo codes

Promotions have their own conditions (such as stay periods, booking windows, or minimum nights) shown on the promotion page. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash, and Liberta Hotels may amend or withdraw a promotion at any time for future bookings.

4. Changes and cancellations

Change and cancellation conditions depend on the rate plan shown when you book. To change or cancel a reservation, contact our reservations team using the booking reference in your confirmation email. Refunds, where applicable, are returned via the original payment method.

5. Check-in, check-out, and house rules

Check-in and check-out times, minimum age requirements, and house rules are set by each property. A valid government-issued ID (or passport for international guests) is required at check-in. The property may refuse or terminate a stay for conduct that endangers other guests or staff, without refund where permitted by law.

6. Membership accounts

Membership is free and gives access to member rates and benefits. You are responsible for keeping your login access secure (including one-time codes sent to your email). We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

7. Website content

All content on this website (text, photography, logos, and design) belongs to Liberta Hotels or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Property descriptions and photos are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Liberta Hotels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; failing that, it will be settled in the competent courts of Indonesia.
